Microdermabrasion Effect
As a new technology, microdermabrasion using crystals under pressure to remove dead or damaged layers of skin. The crystals and skin debris are then vacuumed away, resulting in a smoother, less wrinkled skin.
Microdermabrasion is helpful in acne and oily skin patients.
Microdermabrasion will reduce oiliness and reduce the appearance of
large pores. This technique will clean out clogged pores and open
comedones. It is not recommended that Microdermabrasion be used
concomitantly with Renova or Retin A, due to skin sensitivity.
Microdermabrasion is helpful in sun-damage and pigmented skin.
Sun-damaged skin will see gradual improvement in texture and lightening
of superficial pigments.
